Serkan SINANMIŞ

Serkan SINANMIŞ has worked in various roles in the finance and audit sectors since 2002. Serkan began their career as an Assistant Auditor at Finansbank before moving to Demirören Şirketler Grubu as an Auditor - Sales Channel in 2004. In 2005, they joined Kastamonu Entegre Agac San. ve Tic A.S. as a Budget Planning Specialist where they were responsible for cost and budget analysis, preparing actual and expected budget and cost positions, and reporting to the board of directors. In 2007, they moved to DOĞAN TV HOLDİNG as a Budget Planning Specialist where they prepared and consolidated expected and actual Profit and Loss reports. In 2009, they joined Mavi as a Senior Budget Planning Associate before joining Ravago Turkey in 2013 as a Budget Planning & Reporting Deputy Manager. At Ravago, they were responsible for preparing weekly and monthly periodic reports, performing monthly financial analysis & reports, leading annual budget process, updating monthly actuals and rolling forecast, preparing strategic plan and annual budget, and preparing monthly reports. In 2018, they joined Hafele Türkiye as a Budget Reporting and Credit Control Manager where they were responsible for annual budgeting and interim forecasts, implementing company’s reporting and forecasting process and timings, preparing monthly and quarterly management reports including profitability and KPI analysis for business segments, products & customers, monthly actual vs. budget/py performance review with departments, preparing all ad-hoc financial and operational reports requested by the management, working capital trend analysis, analysis for investment projects, controlling & reporting of material cost & explaining the variances vs Budget / Target, BOD presentations, and supporting month-end and year-end closing process. Most recently, in 2019, they joined InGame Group as CFO and Budget Reporting & Controlling Director.

Serkan SINANMIŞ attended Kabataş Erkek Lisesi from 1993 to 1997, graduating with a 4.17/5.00 in TM. Serkan then attended Marmara University from 1997 to 2002, graduating with a 3.30/4.00 in Economic and Managerial Sciences Faculty, Economics in English. In 2005, they obtained a certification in Financial Affairs and Budget Planning Techniques.
