Sherman Davis

Sherman Davis is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the development and manufacturing of medical devices. Serving as the Principal Engineering Consultant for Medical Devices at Ingenarious Consultants LLC since October 2018, Sherman specializes in product development for Class III medical devices, notably enhancing manufacturing processes for thrombectomy catheter devices. Previously, as a Senior Principal Engineer at Vyaire Medical, Sherman led the technical development of respiratory and oxygen therapy products, successfully launching next-generation masks in both US and EU markets. Sherman's prior roles included Principal Engineering positions at Sonendo, Inc. and ALCON, where significant advancements in cost reduction, product design, and process efficiencies were achieved. With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University, Sherman has a strong academic foundation complementing an impressive track record in the medical device sector.
