Benjamin Demma is an experienced professional in renewable energy and project management, currently serving as the Renewable Energy Project Manager at IngEne SA since October 2021, leading the Renewable Energy Plant Design Team. In addition, Benjamin has been an Ambassador for the Solar Impulse Foundation and an Advisory Expert for the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions since October 2018, focusing on advocating for sustainable solutions. Prior roles include positions at ABB, where responsibilities ranged from Local Environmental Control Officer to R&D Project Management Team Leader, and extensive experience at Schindler Group in various engineering and management roles. Benjamin holds multiple advanced degrees and certificates in project management and sustainability from institutions such as the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland and Lund University.

IngEne Sagl was born with the aim of spreading the knowledge of renewable energies, offering advice and products that allow the exploitation of resources as sustainable as possible, and at the same time increasing the quality of life. Our vision is to reduce electricity consumption and use renewable energy so that the ambitious energy strategy envisaged by the Federal Council can be successfully implemented. Increasing the use of clean energy means ensuring greater well-being for humans since an increase in the use of renewable energy allows us to decrease our dependence on the energy produced by fossil fuels and nuclear power. This means less pollution and better respect for the environment in which future generations will live. IngEne Sagl offers all the services necessary for the construction of the renewable energy production plant: consultancy, design, construction and after-sales service. Another belief is the provision of services and products at reasonable prices. Saving energy and money to our customer is our main goal!
