Felicia Flores

Felicia Flores has extensive experience in account management and supplier relations, currently serving as an Account Manager and Supplier Relations Coordinator at InGenesis, Inc. since November 2013. In this role, Felicia is responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding suppliers under new MSP programs, as well as developing process flows and managing supplier workflows in collaboration with a software development company to design a new supplier portal. Previous positions include VMS Coordinator and Account Specialist at InGenesis, Director of Communications at Helotes Hills United Methodist Church, Premium Services Concierge with Spurs Sports & Entertainment, and an intern at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Felicia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications with a focus on Public Relations from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
