Mark Delowery, DO, MPH has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Mark is currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors at Phoenixville Free Clinic and also holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at The Clinic. In addition, they are the Chief Medical Officer at InGenesis, Inc. and previously founded the MEDALS Foundation. Mark has also served as the Chair of the US Technical Advisory Group for ISO/TC 304, Healthcare Organization Management at ISO - International Organization for Standardization. Furthermore, they have been a member of the Board of Directors for Home of the Sparrow - Pennsylvania and Entrepreneur Works. Prior to these roles, they served as the Medical Director at Federal Occupational Health (FOH) where they provided broad medical oversight for various health services.

Mark Delowery, DO, MPH completed their education in a chronological order. Mark first attended Archbishop Wood from 1971 to 1975, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they enrolled at La Salle University from 1975 to 1979 and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Subsequently, they attended PCOM from 1979 to 1983 and received their Doctor of Osteopathy degree. Lastly, they pursued their Master of Public Health in Preventive Medicine from 1996 to 1998 at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
