Nilesh Kumar

Nilesh Kumar has a diverse work experience in the finance and hospitality industry. Nilesh started their career in 2001 as a Hotel Accountant at InterContinental Sydney. Nilesh then moved to InterContinental Hotels Group - Crowne Plaza Parramatta in 2005, where they held various roles as Assistant Manager of Finance and Support, Manager of Finance and Business Support, and later became the Director of Finance at Clarion Hotel on the Park Parramatta. In 2010, they briefly worked as the Manager of Finance and Business Support at InterContinental Hotels Group - Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour and Crowne Plaza Parramatta. In 2011, they became the Financial Controller at InterContinental Hotels Group - Crowne Plaza Norwest. Nilesh joined Ingenia Communities Group in 2014 as a Management Accountant and later became the Operations Finance Manager.

Nilesh Kumar began their education at Xavier College from 1989 to 1994, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Nilesh then attended the University of The South Pacific from 1995 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on Accounting and Economics. Following that, they enrolled at UNSW from 2001 to 2003, majoring in Accounting with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Nilesh then attended Deakin University from 2004 to 2010, completing their CPA with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management. In 2012, they briefly studied at TAFE NSW, obtaining an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality specializing in Tourism Promotion Operations.
