Peta Tibbetts has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries. Peta began their career as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at P&O Maritime in 1999 and later worked at Australian Property Developments in the same role from 2000 to 2007. In 2008, they joined iStar Networks as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager until 2010.

From 2011 to 2011, Tibbetts worked at SmartClinics as an Executive Assistant/Operations Administrator. Peta then transitioned to recruitment roles, working as a Recruitment Consultant at both Teamrecruit and AUTOrecruit Pty Ltd from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Tibbetts joined the Department of Innovation, Tourism Industry Development and the Commonwealth Games Queensland Govt as an Executive Services Officer in the Office of the Commonwealth Games. Peta held this position until 2018 when they joined Ingenia Communities Group as an Operations Administrator.

In their current role at Ingenia Communities Group, Tibbetts provides high-level executive assistance to two General Managers and operational support to 10 Operations Managers, as well as their frontline teams at over 100 Ingenia communities. Peta'sskills in communication, organization, and time management contribute to their success in this fast-paced role.

Peta Tibbetts attended Martin Business College from 1992 to 1993, studying Office Administration. No degree was obtained during this period.
