Alan Koo

Alan Koo has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alan is currently serving as the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer (CITO) at Ingenia Health since February 2023. Before that, they held the same position at Nagnoi, LLC from July 2022 to February 2023. At Nagnoi, LLC, they also worked as a Product Manager & Lead Technical Architect from January 2013 to February 2023. Prior to Nagnoi, LLC, Alan worked as a Senior Consultant at the same company from April 2005 to December 2012, where they specialized in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Development. Alan was recognized as a Microsoft MVP for 5 years for their exceptional contributions in these areas.

Earlier in their career, Alan worked as a Microsoft Certified Trainer at New Horizons of Puerto Rico from February 2004 to April 2005, where they taught Microsoft certification courses focused on solutions design and development using .NET technologies and SQL Server. Before that, they worked as the Principal Technical Architect at Intellysis from June 2002 to February 2004.

Alan Koo has an extensive education history spanning various fields. Alan obtained a Master's degree in Science with a specialization in Data Analytics from the University of Central Florida from 2020 to 2022. Earlier, they pursued a Specialist degree in Marketing from Universidad ESAN from 2001 to 2003. Alan also completed technical certification in Microsoft Enterprise Software Development from New Horizons Computer Learning Center in 2001.

Alan'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor's degree in Computers & Systems Engineering from Universidad Privada del Norte, which they completed from 1995 to 1999.
