I am a partner at ingeniam, an independent and owner-managed boutique for executive search and human capital consulting. For more than sixteen years, I have been supporting renowned law firms, companies, banks and financial institutions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in their search for excellent managers and talented specialists in the areas of legal, tax, audit and finance.

My specialty is recruiting partners and teams for national and international law firms, as well as strategic advice on the legal market, especially in Germany. I also represent partners and teams on behalf of law firms. I also deal with the topics of ESG and sustainability, which are becoming increasingly important for my clients and candidates. My goal is to build long-term, trusting relationships with my clients and candidates and to offer them individual and tailor-made solutions.
