Alexandra Escobar is a Business Manager with extensive experience in the banking, finance, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries. Currently serving at INGENIANCE since February 2023, Alexandra specializes in business development, prospecting, negotiation, and team management of 30 consultants, alongside recruitment activities within the IT sector. Previous roles include Business Manager at Groupe ADAMING, focusing on managing prospects and consultants, and Lead Agency Manager at IMPAC Ingénierie, where sales negotiations were conducted in the pharmaceutical sector, managing a team of 28 consultants. Cabinet de conseil en pleine expansion, INGENIANCE intervient sur des problématiques liées aux systèmes d’information, dans les secteurs de la banque et de la finance de marché. INGENIANCE accompagne ainsi ses clients, grandes institutions financières, dans la mise en œuvre de projets menés en front, middle ou back office, dans des environnements fonctionnels variés: banque de financement et d'investissement, asset management, securities services, banque de détail. Trois domaines d'intervention principaux se distinguent: - maîtrise d’ouvrage : expression de besoins, définition de spécifications fonctionnelles, recette fonctionnelle, proposition de solutions « packagées » d’intégration des principaux progiciels dédiés à la finance de marché (logiciels front to back, outils de réconciliation, EAI, interpréteurs comptables…) - maîtrise d’œuvre : développement (Java J2EE, .Net C#, C++...), architecture, intervention sur des plateformes temps-réel ou des progiciels financiers... - conseil en risk management (risque opérationnel, risque de marché, risque de crédit).
