Kristin Genc

Kristin Genc has extensive work experience in the legal field. Kristin currently serves as the Vice President of Legal & General Counsel at Ingenico North America since 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Senior Corporate Counsel at Ingenico North America from 2017 to 2023. Before joining Ingenico, Kristin worked as a Legal Counsel at Robert Half Legal - Ingenico Group from 2016 to 2017. Kristin also has experience as a Shareholder in the Corporate and Real Estate Department at Gordon & Silver from 2004 to 2015, where they provided legal advice to corporate clients and family-owned businesses on various matters. Additionally, they worked as an Associate in the Business and Tax Department at Berliner Cohen from 1999 to 2004.

Kristin Genc completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree at Stanford University. Kristin then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law from 1995 to 1998. Kristin furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a focus on Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1998-1999.
