Michael Craig Stephens, CTFL, CSM, is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Senior QA Analyst at Ingenico Group since May 2015, Michael has previously held roles such as Test Engineer II at NCR Corporation, where responsibilities included various testing methods for an enterprise Java-based ATM monitoring solution, and served as Scrum Master. Earlier positions included Testing Advocate at Macy's Systems & Technologies, Lead Test Analyst at Accenture, Senior Quality Analyst at BellSouth Applied Technologies, and QA roles at Timecorp and Verifone. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Georgia Southwestern State University and a diploma from Crisp County High School.
