Nayelli Cruz Freyre

Nayelli Cruz Freyre has extensive experience in human resources management and leadership roles. Nayelli has held positions in multiple companies, including Ingenico, Worldline, TMF Group, GESFOR México - Panamá, Deloitte México, Fabricas de Calzado Andrea S.A. de C.V., and EFECTUS Consultoría y Capacitación (México). Throughout their career, they have been responsible for various HR activities, such as defining and managing HR policies and processes, talent management, performance management, onboarding programs, learning and development programs, employee management, payroll, and benefits. Nayelli has also handled employee relations counseling, mediation, and grievances. Nayelli has experience in change management and teambuilding, as well as improving organizational climate. Nayelli has successfully linked global HR strategies with business plans. Additionally, they have worked as an intern and a consultant, gaining a diverse range of experience in HR.

Nayelli Cruz Freyre has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universidad de Guanajuato, which they obtained between 2002 and 2007. In 2010, they earned a Diploma in Organizational Development from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Nayelli later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Management and Services at Tilburg University from 2012 to 2013. In 2005, they also obtained a Speciality in Business Administration and Management from Luleå University of Technology. In 2019, Nayelli completed the Personal Future Design program in Human Development and Family Studies at CENTRO diseño | cine | televisión. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Business Ethics and Creating a Culture of Change from LinkedIn in 2020.
