Rafid Daoud

Rafid Daoud has diverse work experience in the field of software development and web design. Rafid started their career in 2015 as a Quality Assurance Analyst Co-op at CMiC. In 2016, they joined Ingenico as a Software Developer, where they worked on designing and implementing change requests for the Core application. Rafid also automated manual tasks to improve work efficiency. Later, they took on the role of Software Developer Team Lead at Ingenico, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams and played dual roles as a Product Manager and Architect. Rafid led the architectural design to ensure scalability and made informed decisions on emerging technologies. Additionally, Rafid worked as a Freelance Web/Software Developer at rafiddaoud.com, where they provided web development and design services, as well as remote support for troubleshooting PC issues.

Rafid Daoud earned a Bachelor's Degree in Software Development from Seneca Polytechnic from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate Certificate in Applied Web Development from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2011-2012. Additionally, Rafid has obtained several certifications, including Certified SAFe® 6 Architect, Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager, Certified SAFe® 5 Architect, Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner, and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc.
