Xavier Moreno is the head of Astorg Partners, an independent French investment management company, which invests in medium-sized companies with high growth potential. Created in 1998, Astorg Partners manages around 2 billion euros and has invested in around thirty companies over the past 15 years. Moreno began his career in the Treasury Branch of the French Ministry of Finance. In 1985, he joined Sanofi as a branch manager and member of the executive committee and then managed investments for the Suez Company from 1991 to 1997.
Moreno is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique engineering school, Sciences Po in Paris and the ENA School of public administration.
