Dieter Scharl

Dieter Scharl has over 30 years of work experience. Dieter began their career in 1990 at Bundeswehr Wir. Dienen. Deutschland. as an Offizier Deutsche Marine, where they held various roles including Decksoffizier, Hörsaalleiter und Stv. Insp.-Chef Marineunteroffizierschule, Hauptamtlicher Jugendoffizier WBK I Küste, and Hörsaalleiter Reserveoffiziere Marineschule Mürwik. In 2005, they joined Ingenics AG as a Wirtschaftsingenieur and later became the Competence Team Manager - Project Management from 2009 to 2011. From 2012 until recently, they served as the Director Branch Ulm-Stuttgart. Most recently, Dieter Scharl holds the position of Director Business Unit, Partner at Ingenics AG since February 2022.

Dieter Scharl completed the OKR Masterclass at New Work Lab in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained certification as a Prince2 Practitioner from AXELOS in 2021. In 2009, they became a Certified Academy Trainer at Ingenics AG, and in 2007, they achieved certification as a Certified Project Manager with a focus on Projektmanagement und Change Management. Dieter Scharl also holds a Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. (FH) degree in Produktionsmanagement und Logistik from Fachhochschule für Technik Esslingen, which they completed in 2005.
