Gerardo Fernández Suárez

MSc Industrial Engineering, MSc Health & Safety, IWE Certified.

He has developed all his career in IDESA, where he began to work in 2010, just after graduating. Along these years, he held different positions always in the Production Department, starting with an internship in the workshop to follow as a junior engineer. He was promoted as Plant Manager and appointed as Operations Director in 2015.

Since January 2018 he holds the position of Production Director.

He has been involved in significant projects as Prelude, Merkur, FCC and FCK of Talara achieving key milestones and contributing to maintain IDESA as leadership in large manufactured equipment sector.
