The Project Management Team at IDESA is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of equipment and service projects within manufacturing plants. This team works closely with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while also optimizing resources and mitigating risks. Led by the Operations Director, the team collaborates with the Estimation Manager and Projects Director to align project goals with company objectives and client needs.
