Matthias Wennerström has a diverse and extensive work experience. Matthias founded and worked as a Senior Manager at Ingenio Consulting Group AB in 2014, where they were responsible for project management services and interim management. In 2017, they founded Incopia and continued as a Senior Manager. In 2015, they founded Inopto Sverige AB and worked as a Senior Consultant. In 2014, they also became the Owner and Senior Executive Partner at H24 Invest AB. Matthias served as the Chairman of the Board at inducon_sverige from 2016 to 2023. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Matthias was the CEO and Founder of Technogarden AB in Sweden from 2004 to 2014, where they successfully led the company to significant growth. Matthias also played a crucial role in starting Technogarden Engineering Resources AB at Norconsult in 2004. Before that, Matthias worked at Manpower Sweden from 1997 to 2004, initially as the Head of Business Development for Engineering Services and later as the Sales Manager for Industrial and Logistics. At Manpower Group, they served as the Operations Manager for Engineering Services from 1997 to 2004. Earlier in their career, Matthias worked as a Technical Sales Representative for Habasit, where they were responsible for field sales and technical sales of transmission belts and material handling systems.

Matthias Wennerström's education history begins in 1988 when they attended Polhem, where they pursued a degree in Gymnasium with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. Matthias completed their studies in 1991. Following this, Matthias enrolled at IHM Business School in 1997, where they pursued a degree in Marketing Management & Economics. Matthias studied at IHM for three years until 1999. In 2000, Matthias attended AZU, where they pursued a degree in Service Marketing and Service Management, completing their studies that same year.
