Darounny Liu has over 17 years of work experience in Quality Assurance and Technical Support roles. In 2016, they became the QA Lead at Ingenious Med. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Jack Henry & Associates, where they were part of the EPS (Enterprise Payment Solutions) QA team in an Agile environment and was responsible for validating the engine that moves money for financial institutions and businesses. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at MedAssets, where they were the Lead BI tester and SME in an Agile/SCRUM setting for an enterprise Analytics product. From 2003 to 2012, they were a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and Technical Support Analyst at LexisNexis, where they were the Lead tester and SME for multiple projects in both Agile and Waterfall settings. From 2003 to 2004, they were a Technical Support Analyst at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions), where they provided first class technical support for users of IBM desktops and laptops.

Darounny Liu obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Systems Analysis and Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette between 1997 and 2002. In December 2018, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance. In April 2019, they obtained an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Testing certification from ICAgile.
