Jill Wolford

Jill Wolford has been in the Quality Assurance field since 1994. Jill began their career at NationsBank NA as an Internal Auditor, where they conducted financial, operational, and procedural audits of bank operations. In 1996, they moved to SQL Financials as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they designed software testing and quality assurance for accounting software. In 1998, they joined TSYS as a Test Analyst, where they were responsible for software testing and quality assurance for credit card processing/payments system. In 2000, they moved to Greenway Health as Manager of Product Development, Quality Assurance, where they developed the quality assurance standards for the organization from the inception of the QA department as a start-up company to the transition to a mature agile development organization. In 2018, they joined Tanner Health System as Service Delivery Manager, where they managed the Information Technology Service Desk and the Tanner Call Center. Jill also led the Change Management process and Change Advisory Board. In 2021, they became the Lead Quality Assurance Analyst at Ingenious Med.

Jill Wolford attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1989 to 1994, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
