Ebtihal al-Nafea

Ebtihal Al-nafea is a skilled technical project lead analyst and product owner at stc since September 2022, responsible for developing product roadmaps, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing stakeholders. Previously, Ebtihal held the position of technical project specialist, focusing on B2B operations, where essential tasks included conducting stakeholder meetings and documenting business requirements. Prior experience includes roles as a business analyst at Riyad Bank, where Ebtihal worked in retail and corporate customer relations, and as an assistant system engineer and system engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, providing Oracle and SAP ERP support. Ebtihal also contributed as an IT assistant at Zahra Breast Cancer Association. Ebtihal holds a Bachelor of Information Systems from Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and a nanodegree in predictive analytics for business from Udacity.
