Maham Farooqi is a seasoned professional in recruitment and human resources operations, currently serving as the Recruitment Operations Manager and Lead Recruiter at INGENIOUS.BUILD since May 2023. With a robust background that includes roles such as Human Resources Business Partner and Senior Recruiter at Motive, Maham has demonstrated expertise in full cycle recruitment, process improvement, onboarding, candidate experience, and HR collaboration with external vendors.
