Ben Mirtes leads all financial activities to support both organic and inorganic growth and business transformation across the organizations. Mirtes has large-scale experience leading corporate finance and accounting teams, particularly in the realms of growth and acquisition; he previously served as CFO of CEI Vision Partners, Director of Corporate Finance for Medpace, and Corporate & Growth Strategy Manager for Deloitte Consulting. In addition to improving operational efficiency and driving performance, he is a key leader in complex growth strategy and internal improvement plans.
