Eli Hoffman

Eli Hoffman joined Fastaff and U.S. Nursing Corporation in May of 2019. He previously held roles as Vice President, Strategic Operations at Syneos Health and Engagement Manager at Monitor Deloitte. Hoffman’s expertise includes driving growth initiatives from conception through execution, conducting due diligence and leading post-merger integration, designing sales strategies, and identifying and capturing operational efficiencies. Hoffman's strategic support and process leadership have resulted in impressive contributions to each company's success, from reducing the cost base by more than 50% to driving more than $400 million in increased sales. With Ingenovis Health, he is responsible for identifying, scoping, and leading strategic initiatives which drive profitable growth, including inorganic growth opportunities.
