Rick Hayes

Rick Hayes has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles. Rick served as the President & CEO of Ingenuity, Inc. since 2001, where they oversaw teams of professionals and provided customized services and products to customers. Prior to that, they were the City Council President of the City of Pelham, Alabama from 2012 to 2020. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Emerald Solutions from 1998 to 2001 and served as the Director of Financial Systems and Services at EDS from 1988 to 1997.
