Jody McKenzie

Jody McKenzie serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Ingenuity Engineers, Inc., a full-service MEP/FP firm located in Orlando, FL, with an additional office in Las Vegas since December 2017. Prior to this role, Jody was the President and Owner of Abides Consulting, PLLC, specializing in project management, construction services, and engineering from March 2015 to December 2017. Jody also held the position of Senior Director of Engineering at Wyndham Worldwide from 2005 to 2015, managing significant projects including the Desert Blue Tower in Las Vegas. Earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Walt Disney World from 2000 to 2005 and as an Electrical Engineer at Sverdrup Corp. from 1992 to 1999, contributing to the design of systems for Universal Studios Orlando. Jody's career began in the US Navy, with service as a Senior Electrician in the Naval Nuclear Power Program from 1980 to 1988. Jody holds a Master's Degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
