Alison Arnold is an accomplished professional in the field of fermentation development, currently serving as the Head of Fermentation Development at Ingenza Ltd since October 2003. Previously, Alison held the position of Senior Scientist - Fermentation and worked as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at The University of Edinburgh in collaboration with Prof. Nick Turner from October 2003 to June 2004. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Strathclyde from September 2001 to September 2003, focusing on continuous fungal fermentation in collaboration with DSM, Delft. Alison holds a PhD from the University of Strathclyde, achieved through a collaborative effort with Eli-Lilly, British Biotech, and Foss UK, and a Bachelor of Science with honors in Chemistry from the University of Aberdeen, following education at The Royal High School.
