Rita Cruz

Rita Cruz is a Section Head responsible for delivering strategic goals and promoting capabilities at Ingenza Ltd. Prior to this role, Rita served as a Team Leader in Molecular Biology and a Senior Scientist leading research projects and grants. Rita also has experience as a Marie Curie Research Fellow at Newcastle University/DSM, focusing on enzyme manufacturing. Rita completed their Master's Degree in Biological Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico and has attended workshops and training in statistical design, scientific entrepreneurship, and advanced imaging.
