Alan Cole

Alan Cole is an experienced IT professional with over three decades in the industry. Currently serving as the IT Director for the Residential HVAC and Supply SBU at Ingersoll Rand since December 1999, Alan aligns business and IT strategies to drive operational efficiency. Previously held various IT leadership roles at Ingersoll Rand, including overseeing integrated supply chain applications and managing distribution, order management, and finance functions for Trane. Alan's career began at Electronic Data Systems as a programmer and includes roles at Alcatel Network Systems and as a senior project leader at Ingersoll Rand's Trane division. Alan holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Tyler.
