Brandon Barden

Brandon Barden is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in regional sales management and account management across various industries, including robotics, manufacturing, and healthcare. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern U.S. at Ingersoll Rand since April 2024, Brandon has previously excelled in similar roles at GrayMatter Robotics and Ingersoll Rand’s Southeast division, achieving significant sales growth and business development. Prior experiences include a successful tenure at 3M, consistently creating robust sales pipelines, as well as account executive roles that involved strategic staffing solutions in the healthcare sector. Before transitioning to sales, Brandon played professionally in the NFL for four seasons, gaining valuable skills in teamwork, communication, and perseverance. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Vanderbilt University.
