Emily Tait

Emily Tait has extensive experience in human resources and financial management, currently serving as VP of Total Rewards and HR Business Partner at Ingersoll Rand since March 2020. Previously, Emily held various roles at Gardner Denver from October 2009 to March 2020, including HR Director and Business Partner for the Industrial Group Americas, where responsibilities encompassed managing compensation processes across 32 countries and 6,500 employees. Earlier in the career, Emily worked at Accenture from June 2005 to October 2009 as a Client Financial Management Specialist, providing key financial advisory for multiple contracts with significant annual revenue, while also supervising financial analysts and ensuring compliance with GAAP and SOX. Emily earned a Master’s degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University and has foundational education from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
