Meenakshi Sheoran

Meenakshi Sheoran is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in HRIS, payroll, and workforce administration. Currently serving as Global Director at Ingersoll Rand since March 2016, Meenakshi oversees HRIS operations for a $5.9B organization with 16,000 employees across 40 countries. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. HRIS Manager at MillerCoors, where Meenakshi led a significant $2M SAP implementation and managed improvements for 7,000 US-based employees. Meenakshi's career also includes positions at Rockwell Automation, where leadership in SAP implementation and support was demonstrated, and earlier roles at Biocare Waste Management and Gold Field Public School in India, focusing on project coordination and HR systems development.
