Nihan Sahin

Nihan Sahin is an experienced financial and operations executive with a strong background in transforming and managing global shared services and finance operations. Currently serving as VP Global Shared Services at Ingersoll Rand since May 2020, Nihan leads shared service center operations following the acquisition by Gardner Denver. Previously, Nihan held roles at Diversey, including VP Global Finance Operations & Transformation, and contributed to the company's strategic growth in the industrial hygiene market. Nihan's career also includes significant experience at Sealed Air Corporation, where roles ranged from VP Business Services to VP Global Credit & Collections, focusing on credit management and operational efficiency. Nihan began career at Unilever, progressing through various financial leadership positions. Nihan holds a Master of Science in Accounting from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering & Information Science from Bilkent University, complemented by an MBA equivalent from Istanbul University.
