Sunil Khanduja

Sunil Khanduja is an experienced leader in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Managing Director, General Manager, and Operations Director for Ingersoll Rand since December 2013. Responsibilities include leading operations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India, enhancing employee and customer experiences. Sunil has a proven track record of driving business growth, exemplified by doubling India's operations in five years while serving as Director of Operations. Previous roles include Plant Head at Tenneco and Victora, where operations were optimized and teams were effectively managed. Sunil began a career in engineering with Anand Group and has built a strong foundation in manufacturing and production processes across various organizations. Educational qualifications include two MBAs from Indiana University and Alliance Manchester Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
