Sunil Khanduja

Sunil Khanduja is an experienced leader with a strong background in operations and management in various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Ingersoll Rand since January 2023, Sunil has previously held roles such as General Manager and Operations Director for EMEIA and Business Head in India, where responsibilities included enhancing employee and customer experiences across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. Prior leadership roles include Plant Head at Tenneco, overseeing profitability and operations at the Pune Plant, and Plant Head at Victora, managing significant manpower and turnover. Sunil also served as Head of Manufacturing at Landi Renzo, contributing to a startup specializing in alternative fuel systems. Educational qualifications include dual MBA degrees from Indiana University and Alliance Manchester Business School, completed in December 2019.
