Tania de la Cruz

Tania de la Cruz, MBA, has extensive experience in data product management and customer satisfaction, currently serving as a Data Product Manager and e-Procurement Leader at Ingersoll Rand since May 2016. Previous roles at Ingersoll Rand include Customer Satisfaction Leader for the Americas and Latin America Order Management Specialist. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Tania held various positions at Continental Tire the Americas from March 2006 to May 2015, including Purchasing Processes & e-Procurement Specialist and Sales and Inventory Analyst. Early career experience includes roles at Hotel Viva Clarion Suites and a part-time position as a Hotel Operations Instructor at Universidad Rafael Landivar.
