Micki O'Neil

Micki (Richardson) O'Neil serves as the Chief Communications Officer at Ingham Intermediate School District since August 2008, having previously held the position of Director of Public Relations and Communications within the same organization. Prior to this, Micki was the President and Owner of O'Neil Communications LLC, a marketing firm focused on supporting small business needs, event photography, and event planning from May 2008 to December 2017. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for Gateway Community Services from 2005 to August 2009 and working as Communications Director at Accident Fund Insurance Company of America from December 2002 to May 2008. Micki also held the role of Director of Marketing Communications at Jackson National Life from 1990 to 2002. Educationally, Micki obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Baker College Center for Graduate Studies between 2009 and 2013.
