Jarrod Gruar has a diverse range of work experience in various marketing and brand management roles. Jarrod started their career at Nestle S.A. in 2010 as an Activations Executive and later took on the role of Shopper Activations Executive and Assistant Brand Manager. In 2015, they joined Goodman Fielder as a Brand Manager. Jarrod then moved to Inghams Group Limited in 2016, where they held several positions including Senior Brand Manager, Marketing Manager for various sectors, Head of Retail Marketing, and most recently, Head of Portfolio Optimisation.
Jarrod Gruar has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Western Sydney University, which they completed from 2005 to 2008. Jarrod then pursued a Master's Degree in Business (Marketing) from the same university from 2009 to 2010. In 2018, Jarrod completed the General Management Program at Melbourne Business School. In 2022, they obtained a Mini MBA in Marketing from the Marketing Week Mini MBA program with Mark Ritson. Additionally, Jarrod has a certification in AI Fluency from the University of Sydney, obtained in 2023.
