Kate Rigg

Kate Rigg holds a Bachelor's degree with First Class Honours in Agricultural Science from The University of Queensland. Currently serving as Strategic Project Director (contract) at Inghams Group Limited since July 2023, Kate has a robust background in management consulting with prior experience as General Manager Business and Performance at Alexander Group NZ and GM IT and Business Performance at Hall's Group. Kate's earlier roles include key positions at Hall's Group Ltd, PwC New Zealand as Associate Director, and various leadership roles in HR analytics and workforce management at BT and EE. Kate began their career at National Australia Bank, progressing from Agribusiness Credit Analyst to Business Analyst.
