Darren Boersma, RPR

Darren Boersma, RPR has extensive work experience in various roles within the Human Resources field. Darren is currently employed at MSH Americas - DIOT-SIACI Group, where they started as a Senior Human Resources Generalist in October 2018 and is currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead. Prior to this, Darren worked as a Human Resources Advisor at Standen's, an IMT company from 2015 to 2018.

Before that, Darren served in various roles at The Brenda Strafford Foundation. Darren was the Acting Director of Human Resources from 2014 to 2015 and also worked as a Human Resources Advisor from 2012 to 2015. Prior to entering into the Human Resources field, Darren held the position of General Sales Manager at The Children's Place from 2010 to 2012. Darren also worked as an Assistant Store Manager of Merchandising at Old Navy from 2007 to 2010.

Darren's career began at Walmart Canada in 2005, where they worked as an Assistant Manager until 2007. Prior to that, they gained valuable experience as a Grocery Supervisor at Buy-Low Foods LP from 1999 to 2005. Overall, Darren's work experience demonstrates their expertise and progression in the Human Resources field, as well as their previous management and supervisory roles in the retail industry.

In 2017, they also completed a course in HR & Payroll Management from the International Open Academy.

In addition to their education, Darren has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a Registered Professional Recruiter through the Institute Of Professional Management- IPM. Darren also obtained a Leadership for Safety Excellence certification in 2015 from The Manufacturers' Health & Safety Association (MHSA). In 2013, they became a CCSA Internal Auditor through the CCSA institution.
