Lena Graider

Lena Graider has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Lena began their career in 2009 as an Office Administrator at Prompton Real Estate Services Inc., where they worked until 2012. In 2012, they joined The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company as an Underwriting Service Representative, until November 2013. Lena then moved to Travelers, where they worked as an Underwriting Service Representative from November 2013 to June 2016.

In 2016, Lena joined Kanetix Ltd. as a Product/Business Analyst and worked there until June 2019. Lena then transitioned to Universe Tour in 2008, where they served as a Legal Administrator until August 2020.

Currently, Lena is working at MSH Americas - International Health & Travel Insurance. Lena joined the company in July 2019 as a Project Management Office Business Analyst and later took on the role of Project Manager in November 2021.

Lena Graider's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Law and Society from York University, completed from 2005 to 2009. Lena also pursued a CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) degree from the Insurance Institute of Canada, which they completed from 2011 to 2019. In 2016, Lena attended a Digital Marketing Seminar at Kanetix, focusing on Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.

In addition, Lena obtained an Occupational Health and Safety Certificate from Gowling LaFleur Henderson LLP, specializing in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician. This certificate was completed in 2012. Lena also completed a Torts and Contracts Course as part of the Paralegal Program at Seneca College in 2011.

To enhance their business analysis skills, Lena undertook CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) training from ICert Global, starting before 2020 and completing by the end of that year. Looking ahead, in 2022, Lena plans to pursue a PMP (Project Management Professional) degree in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management, with an expected completion in 2023.
