Ryan Pannell

Ryan Pannell is an experienced professional in quality management and project oversight within the electrical construction and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Inglett & Stubbs since September 2019, Ryan manages quality processes and field issues in electrical construction. As the Owner/Operator of Pannell Machine Shop since May 2019, Ryan specializes in refurbishing old engines and executing small machine work projects. Previously, Ryan held various roles at APG Colors and Additives, ensuring timely color matches and product quality as Quality Division/Technical Manager, and served as Quality Division Manager at Standridge Color Corp., overseeing all quality labs and ensuring product excellence. Ryan's career began at Standridge Color Corp., where roles included Analytical Technician and Sample Extruder Lab Tech, both focused on delivering accurate and high-quality results. Ryan graduated from North Oconee High School in 2010 with a diploma in General Studies.
