W. Scott Wein

W. Scott Wein has extensive experience in talent development and learning technology.

From 2019 to present, Wein worked as the Director of Talent Development at Inglis, where they developed a new leader orientation program and aimed to have 80 leaders complete it in one year.

Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they served as the Senior Manager - Digital Learning at Deloitte, leading a team that explored and implemented digital learning strategies. W. Scott developed various digital materials and expanded the digital strategy to meet learner expectations and organizational priorities.

From 2011 to 2017, Wein held positions at Prudential Financial, including Director of Learning Technology and Director of Learning. W. Scott led the expansion of WebEx and created procedures to improve call quality, resulting in cost savings.

Earlier in their career, Wein worked at Bank of America from 2006 to 2011, where they held several positions related to emerging technology products, learning management, and instructional technology. W. Scott managed teams, focused on innovation, and created learning support applications.

Before that, they worked at Cendant as the Director of Learning Infrastructure from 2004 to 2006, and at Century 21 as the Director and Manager of Learning Support from 2002 to 2003.

Overall, Wein has a track record of developing and implementing learning programs, leveraging digital technologies, and managing teams to support organizational learning and talent development goals.

W. Scott Wein holds a Masters degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained from 1999 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at the same institution, from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification in Organization Design from LinkedIn in July 2022.
