Mikhail Volkov

Mikhail Volkov serves as the CEO and a member of the board at Ingosstrakh since 2008. Previously, Mikhail held the position of Managing Director for Financial Services at Basic Element from August 2007 to October 2013. Mikhail's career includes roles such as Executive Vice-President at NASTA, Financial Controller at SUN Group, and various financial leadership positions at Vesta Eurasia and Voronezh Confectionery Factory. Mikhail began professional auditing as a Senior Auditor and Consultant at Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC). Academically, Mikhail earned an Executive MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Master's degree in Economics and Business from St. Petersburg State Technical University.
