Elias Char

Elias Char is an experienced sales and team management professional with over 20 years in the industry. They co-founded Ninawa Tours, where they led regional sales strategies and established strong client relationships from 2004 to 2023. Following their tenure at Ninawa Tours, Elias served as a Managing Director at Trust Exchange and held various roles, including Relationship Manager at Daman Markets and Sales Representative at VSP Real Estate. Currently, they are the Head of Business Development and Country Manager at Ingot Brokers, while also pursuing their role as Founder of Vacation Tours - Medical Tourism. Elias holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Damascus University.
