Angela Grett

Angela Grett has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Angela began their career at Marconi as the Director of Global IT PMO, where they built and led a team of project managers and communications specialists. Angela later joined Spheris as the Vice President of Account Services, overseeing a team of account management professionals and contributing to client agreements. Angela then ventured into independent consulting, providing expertise in program management offices and successfully delivering healthcare and technology insurance projects. Angela continued their career as the Director of Accounting at Broadcast Music, Inc., managing a team responsible for processing customer payments and receivables. After that, they worked at Asurion as a Senior Program Manager, leading IT and client product launches and managing project budgets. Angela then joined HCA as a Senior Program Consultant, utilizing their leadership and project management skills to complete various challenging projects. Currently, Angela is employed at Ingram Barge Company, where they have held roles such as Director of Business Relationship Management, Director of Corporate Affairs, and Vice President of Corporate Affairs. Angela also led a team of professionals in creating a right-sized project office within the IS department to provide project management services for all types of initiatives. Throughout their career, Angela has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and a consistent track record of delivering successful projects.

Angela Grett obtained their BBA degree in Accounting and Information Technology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1979 to 1983. Angela later pursued an MBA in Strategic Planning from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, which they completed from 1994 to 1997. Angela Grett also holds additional certifications, including Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, obtained in 2019, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, obtained in August 2017 and August 2020.
