Dr. Jeff Xu

Dr. Jeff Xu is an experienced professional in technology and innovation management, currently serving as the APAC Innovation Program Lead at Ingram Micro since April 2013. In this role, Dr. Xu drives innovation initiatives focused on generative AI, overseeing projects that integrate AI into supply chain optimization and IT services. Previously, Dr. Xu held several key positions at Ingram Micro, including APAC Digital Technology Lead for Associates and General Manager APAC Information Technology. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Orange Business Services and Intel, where Dr. Xu managed operations and complex IT projects. Dr. Xu holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from Southern Cross University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Shanghai University.
