John Cheng

John Cheng is a highly skilled technology professional with extensive experience in web development and firmware engineering. Currently serving as Principal Web Developer at Ingram Micro since April 2017, John has demonstrated expertise in full stack web development. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Firmware Engineer at Western Digital from July 2010 to March 2017, focusing on firmware development for hybrid hard drives and shingled magnetic recording drives, as well as performance testing and benchmarking tool development. Earlier, John worked at Garrett Integrated Automotive Corp. as a Web and Software Developer, where web development in PHP and MySQL complemented software and hardware tools for diagnosing vehicles. John holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC Irvine.
