Kara Roth

Kara Roth has a strong background in human resources, talent management, and organizational development. Kara is currently the Director of Human Resources at ingredients PLUS, leading the HR function as the business grows and expands. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Strategic Staffing | Talent at Lewis Tree Service Inc., where they focused on creating a sustainable talent pipeline for the company. Kara also has experience at Paychex, where they served as the Sr Manager, Customer Journey and led the customer journey team to align sales and marketing activities with customer needs. Kara has also held leadership roles at ChaseDesign, Emerge, and Brand Cool, where they focused on strategy, employer branding, and employee engagement. Additionally, Kara has experience as an adjunct professor at Syracuse University and Monroe Community College. Throughout their career, Kara has demonstrated their ability to build strong teams, develop talent, and drive business results.

Kara Roth has a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Communications Design, which they obtained from Syracuse University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Kara later pursued a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from the University of Rochester, completing the program in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Kara has obtained certifications as a DISC Facilitator from TTI Success Insights and as a Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Facilitator from the American Management Association.
