Victor Pacheco

Victor Pacheco has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Victor worked as a General Manager at PJ Group USA from 2007 to 2009. Victor then moved on to Brink's Inc, where they held roles such as Operations Trainee, Operations Manager, and Regional Process Improvement Manager from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Victor worked at Bunge as a Continuous Improvement Leader. Victor then joined GardaWorld Cash Services in 2014 as the Director of Armored Transportation and later as the Director of U.S. Coin Services. Victor returned to Bunge in 2015 and held multiple roles including Director of Continuous Improvement, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager. Currently, they are the Sr. Vice President Operations & Logistics at ingredients PLUS starting from 2023.

Victor Pacheco holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/International Relations from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Victor also has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in International Law and Legal Studies from Universidade Potiguar, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. In addition, they possess an MBA in Business Administration from Missouri Baptist University, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Victor has also obtained various certifications including Certified Professional Coach from the Center for Coaching Certification in 2020, Six Sigma Master Black Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification in 2019, Sologic Root Cause Analysis from Sologic - Root Cause Analysis in 2016, Safestart trainer from SafeStart, A division of Electrolab in 2014, and DDI Master facilitator from Development Dimensions International in 2010.
